Here are some free Linux Distributions. There are all tested and are not viruses. Chuck. Here are cd burning instrcutions. You'll need Nero Burning Rom. There is a trial version on this page. Do it this way. There is no other way to do it. If you do not do it the following way your cds that took forever to download will be useless. Here it is:

Start Nero
Choose the menu command "File"->"Burn Image"
An "Open" file dialog box appears with the following image types supported (*.nrg, *.iso, *.cue)
Select your download LinuxISO file and click Open
The "Write CD" dialog box appears with several tabs (Info, Foreign image, Misc, Burn).
Click the 'Burn' Tab
Confirm that 'Write' and 'Finalize' are selected
Click on "Write". Watch it burn
